Placing custom orders are easy! Simply fill out the Custom Order Form and one of our team members will be in touch.
WHAT ARE YOUR AVAILABLE COLORS & SIZES?
Sizes vary for each brand of apparel. Upon ordering, you will see the available options via the size drop-down in the menu, near the product description. If you do not see the color or size desired, feel free to add it to the notes section upon checkout.
WHAT PRINTING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer the most quality design techniques such as screen printing and direct-to-garment printing.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR ORDERS?
Products take 2-3 business days plus shipping time. Custom orders take up to 7-10 business days plus shipping time, but could also take less time, depending on the size and complexity of the order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Due to the made-to-order and custom nature, we do not offer returns or exchanges. In the event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will gladly rectify the situation.
CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
